1- How to book a pitch in the campsite l'Ermitage in Lacanau ?
To book a place in our campsite click on "Booking" in the menu on the top of the screen.
then select the dates of your stay.
2- What are the arrival hours to come in the campsite ?
Arrivals hours begin at 12H00 and end at 18H00. Every late coming must be warned to the campsite
by phone or e-mail. From 18H00 it is possible to come but you will have to wait for someone available to serve you.
WARNING : after 21H00 every coming will be refused even with
a booking. It's for the peaceful fo our campers.
3- What are the opening hous of the campsite ?
Campsite is openend from 8H00 to 22H00 for cars, the reception is opened from 8H00 to 21H00.
4- Is it possible to change the dates of the booking ?
It is possible to change your dates until 1 day before your planned arrival if it's possible, but you could lose the advantages you had with the booking (booking fees for free or the place you wanted to book).
We have a planning and we can't pull the walls.
5- Is it possible to come without booking ?
Yes, you can come withoud a booking at the hours written at the question number2. However, the booking is advised for high season
beceauses there are high chances that we are full.
6- Is it possible to book by phone ?
